Mail Control
The administration side of Mail: mail domains and their SMTP settings, shared mailboxes, who can open each one, and whether mail may leave the organisation.

- Mail domains & mailboxes
Screens
- Mail Control
- Totals (mails, unread, active accounts) and tabs Accounts, Analytics, Domain and Policy. Create account.
- A mailbox
- Account settings (name, description, address, external mail override), Assigned users, totals and Recent emails. Delete account.
- A domain
- Domain, active, SMTP host, port, username, password, from name and SSL/TLS.
External mail settings
- Allow sending to external addresses
- The organisation-wide rule. Saves as soon as it is switched.
- Apply to system email
- Also block password resets, invites and invoice emails to outside addresses.
- Per mailbox: Inherit / Allow / Block
- A mailbox's own exception to the rule.
