Customers
Customers & Leads is the list of outside organisations and people the hospital bills or quotes: HMOs, companies, other facilities or private clients. Saving them here lets you pick them on an invoice and see all their invoices in one place.
Screens

- Add customer.
- Stages. All, Lead, Customer and Lost, with how many are in each. Select one to show only those.
Add a customer
- Select Add customer.
- Enter the Name and, if it is an organisation, the Company.
- Choose the Stage and the User group (the unit that deals with them).
- Add the Email, Phone, Address and Tax ID as they should appear on invoices, and any Notes.
- Select Create customer.
Who can use it

Stages
- Lead
- A possible client you have quoted or are talking to.
- Customer
- An active client.
- Lost
- No longer a client or a prospect.
Key fields
- Name
- Required. Shown on invoices as the client name.
- Company, Email, Phone, Address, Tax ID
- Contact and billing details. The email and phone are copied onto an invoice when you pick the customer.
- User group
- The unit that owns the record; decides who sees it.
- Notes
- Anything else the team should know.
Archive removes the customer from lists and pickers. Invoices already raised keep their link to it.
