System-wide configuration that applies to everyone on this installation. Your own preferences (photo, theme, notifications) are in your profile instead.

Menu › Administration › Settings
Who
System and ICT administrators.
Permissions
view_settings to look, edit_settings to change; view_notification_tools and send_test_notifications for the notification tools. See Settings permissions.

Tabs

Variables
Named values the suite reads: organisation details, approval rules, memo email, dispatch offices. Saved together with Save changes.
Modules
Switch parts of the suite on or off for everyone.
Appearance
The design system (colours, radius, shadows) for the whole installation.
Terminology
The hospital's words for the suite's concepts, menu entries and statuses.
WhatsApp
Technical: messages from the WhatsApp bot on the message broker.
JWT Generator
Technical: signed tokens for testing the AI assistant's tools.
Notifications
The in-app, desktop (ntfy) and browser push channels, and test notifications.
Health
Live status of the database, storage, email, broker, worker and other services.
